Shipping in Norway

Delivery Times

Oslo: 1-2 business days (Saturdays included!) 🚀
East, West & South: 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri)
The North: 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri)

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders over 1000 NOK! Orders under this amount have a 100 NOK shipping fee. Norwegian orders are always 100% customs-free!

Fulfillment

Orders usually ship next business day (sometimes even same day if placed early in the day!). During busy periods, one extra packing day may be required.

Delivery Method

All orders ship with Posten Bring and are delivered straight to your mailbox. If the parcel doesn't fit, you can choose to have it left at your door, or delivered to a nearby pick-up point (+1 business day)

Order add-ons

Want to add something to your order before it ships?

The code COMBINEDSHIPPING will get you free shipping at checkout. Be sure to use the same email address, as this code only works for customers with current unfulfilled orders.

Local pick-up

If you're Oslo-based, you can arrange a time to collect your items at St. Hanshaugen. This is per appointment only, please email or DM beforehand to confirm availability. ✏️

Returns

You may return any product within 14 days of delivery, so long as they are in resellable condition. Reach out via email to arrange your return.

Custom, pre-order and mystery bundles / lucky dip items are final sale, as are gift cards, sale items, and dated products such as calendars.

Return processing costs 100 NOK, this covers return shipping. Find our complete returns & refunds policy here.
